• We drive requirements gathering, solution design, development, and implementation for enterprise-level systems that support our business goals.
• We partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable solutions that improve efficiency and enable data-driven decisions.
• We act as a technical leader by promoting best practices and guiding development throughout the full software development lifecycle.
• We design and build solutions using Microsoft tools, including Power Automate, SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure Key Vault, SSRS, Copilot, and Copilot agents.
• We develop applications and integrations using GitHub, .NET, TypeScript, and Python.
• We work with Infor technologies such as Infor OS, M3, Velocity Suite, GenAI Assistant, H5, ION API, IDM, and BODs.
• We design and build solutions on the Salesforce platform, including flows, TaskRay, and Agentforce.
• We create integrations with third-party applications and SaaS platforms.
• We ensure our solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and remain scalable and secure.
• We participate in the full SDLC, from ideation through support.
• We identify, prioritize, and implement AI and automation opportunities across business functions.
• We develop and deploy tools leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and other AI-enabled automation solutions.
• We establish innovation frameworks, governance, and best practices to scale emerging technologies.
• We track value realization through ROI, productivity gains, and process improvements.
• We collaborate with business and application teams to prioritize and deliver solutions based on value and urgency.
• We lead collaboration sessions to respond quickly to changing business needs.
• We ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and support structures are in place.
• We maintain positive professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including team members, executives, customers, vendors, and third-party providers.
• We provide all interactions with a strong customer-service focus and aim for high satisfaction.

This Senior Software Engineer role is hybrid remote in Madison, NJ 07940, and we are relocating our corporate headquarters to Madison, NJ in Q1 2027, so candidates should be comfortable with that upcoming move.
