Job Description
<p>Kids Ministry Coordinator
Do you have a passion for introducing children and families to Jesus Christ? Do you believe the gospel has the power to transform lives and communities? We’re looking for a Kids Ministry Coordinator who is excited to share the love of Christ with children, equip volunteers for ministry, and exemplify servant-hearted leadership.
Mobilize Love is a Christian nonprofit dedicated to sharing the love of Jesus Christ through practical acts of service, gospel proclamation, and community outreach across the Bay Area. Through our Kids Ministry, children and families encounter the hope of Jesus Christ in local schools and neighborhoods. This is more than an after-school program—it’s an opportunity to faithfully proclaim the gospel, make disciples of children and families, equip volunteers for ministry, and serve as the hands and feet of Jesus in local communities.
Job Summary
The Kids Ministry Coordinator is responsible for leading our Bible-based after-school ministry at one or more Bay Area school sites, providing both spiritual and operational leadership for each program. This role exists to create opportunities for children and families to hear the gospel, encounter Jesus Christ, and grow as His disciples through authentic relationships, engaging Bible teaching, and a caring community of volunteers.
The Coordinator will recruit and develop volunteers, build trusted partnerships with schools, connect with parents, and oversee excellent program execution while helping cultivate an environment where children feel known, loved, and encouraged to grow in their faith.
As the ministry expands, there is significant opportunity to grow into broader leadership responsibilities and help shape the future of our Kids Ministry.
