About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Architect to manage projects from design to execution. The candidate should have strong expertise in architectural design, site coordination, and team handling, with the ability to deliver projects on time while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilitie s Develop architectural designs, working drawings, and presentation s Prepare layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawing s Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and stakeholder s Supervise site execution and ensure adherence to design and qualit y Manage project timelines and resolve on-site technical issue s Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and verify contractor billin g Lead and coordinate with design and site team s Handle client meetings, presentations, and project update
