Shift: US Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

️ Language: Spanish B2 or higher

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Department: ORS-US

What Will You Do?

✅ Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.

✅ Understand job requirements and identify the right talent.

✅ Build and maintain strong, long-term candidate relationships.

✅ Handle client interactions and conference calls.

✅ Review applications and assess candidates against position requirements.

✅ Research new technologies and maintain candidate databases.

✅ Prepare daily recruitment reports and coordinate with the team manager.

✅ Support and mentor junior recruiters.

What Are We Looking For?

✨ Spanish proficiency at B2 level or higher .

✨ Good written and verbal communication skills.

✨ Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

✨ Recruitment and sourcing skills.

✨ Good negotiation and selling skills.

✨ Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

✨ Proficiency in MS Office, internet research, and social media platforms.
