Our in-house team handles delivery, so your focus will be simple: find prospects, book meetings and close clients.

Role Overview

We are looking for a confident Sales Executive who can connect with business owners across international markets, including the US and UAE.

You will work directly with the founder and receive sales scripts, training and outreach materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential international clients
• Reach out through calls, emails, LinkedIn and other platforms
• Book qualified sales meetings
• Understand client requirements and pitch relevant services
• Follow up with prospects and handle objections
• Close deals and maintain accurate sales records

Compensation

• ₹15,000 fixed monthly salary
• 10% commission on every client closed
• Commission paid on the client’s first three months of billing
• Bonus for every qualified meeting booked
• No commission cap

Closing one $1,000 per month client can earn you approximately ₹25,000+ in commission over three months.

Requirements

• Fluent and confident spoken English
• Experience in sales, BPO, international calling or lead generation is preferred
• Comfortable speaking with international business owners
• Willing to work according to international time zones
• Laptop and reliable internet connection
• Target-driven and comfortable working with KPIs

US Market: Night shift in India

Gulf Market: Regular Indian working hours
