Telecaller / Digital Marketing Executive

<p><strong>About the Role </strong> </p><p>We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller who can generate business opportunities for our Coconut ERP &amp; CRM solutions. Along with calling potential customers, the candidate will also support our digital marketing efforts by creating simple content and maintaining our social media presence. </p><p><br /></p><p>Key Responsibilities </p><ul><li>Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce Coconut ERP &amp; CRM. </li><li>Generate qualified leads and schedule product demonstrations. </li><li>Maintain lead and follow-up records in CRM. </li><li>Coordinate with the sales team for demo scheduling and customer follow-ups. </li><li>Create simple promotional content for social media and marketing campaigns. </li><li>Post regular updates on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other digital platforms. </li><li>Assist in email marketing and WhatsApp campaigns. </li><li>Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities. </li> </ul><p>Required Skills </p><ul><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales or Lead Generation. </li><li>Good communication skills in English and Hindi. </li><li>Confidence in interacting with business owners and decision makers. </li><li>Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing. </li><li>Good writing skills for creating simple marketing content. </li><li>Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software will be an added advantage. </li><li>Self-motivated, organized and eager to learn. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p>Preferred Experience </p><p>Candidates having experience in selling Software, ERP, CRM, SaaS, IT Services or B2B solutions will be preferred. </p><p><br /></p><p>What We Offer </p><ul><li>Fixed Salary + Attractive Performance Incentives </li><li>Opportunity to work with an innovative Business Operations Platform </li><li>Learning and growth in ERP, CRM, Sales and Digital Marketing </li><li>Supportive and collaborative work environment </li> </ul><p><strong>Interested candidates can share their CV at: </strong> </p>
