Position: Junior Occupational Therapist (1 Position)

Location: Chennai

Eligibility

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT)
• Minimum 3 years of overall experience
• At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with Autism (ASD)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group occupational therapy sessions.
• Assess sensory, motor, and cognitive needs using standardized evaluation tools.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
• Support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental disorders.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient progress records.
• Educate parents and caregivers on home-based therapy strategies.
• Collaborate with speech therapists, physiotherapists, and special educators.
• Recommend assistive devices and adaptive equipment where appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and maintain patient confidentiality.
