Qualifications

• A Post Graduation Degree from a well recognized University / Institution preferably in the discipline of Allopathy, Homoeopathy, Ayurveda, Dental, and Allied Health Sciences.

• Ph.D. Degree in same relevant field from a well recognized University / Institution.

AND

• Minimum 20 years of teaching / research experience out of which at least 5 years as Professor / equivalent pay level.

• Desirable: Experience in clinical practice, policy-making, accreditation, administration & international collaboration is preferred. Strong publication and research record is a must.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Curriculum Design, Implementation, and review across all Health Sciences & Allied Health Sciences related Programs like UG, PG, Ph.D. & Other Health Science Skill Based Courses for practical exposure.

• Ensure Academic Quality, Faculty Development, and Student-Centered Learning.

• Facilitate inter-professional education and interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Promote research culture and innovation in public health, clinical science, allied health, and biomedical fields.

• Ensure the compliance of all programs with relevant regulatory bodies.

• Manage budgets, infrastructure, faculty recruitment, and HR policies.

• Represent the institution in national/international bodies and healthcare councils.

• Forge partnerships with hospitals, NGOs, industry, and international universities.

• Promote community-based health programs and student outreach.
