Position Responsibilities• Provide a welcoming, customer-focused retail experience and assist customers with purchases, returns, and product questions.• Process freight, markdowns, and incoming merchandise accurately and efficiently.• Understand and adhere to visual merchandising standards to maximize product presentation and ensure marketing initiatives are executed as intended.• Partner closely with the Store Manager to execute action plans that support or exceed sales goals.
Required Skills:• High school diploma or GED.• 1+ years of experience in retail sales or retail operations.• Experience using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems. xzbcwsv • Ability to safely lift boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
