Production Manager – Knitwear

MH Global Attire is looking for a hands-on Production Manager to lead our knitwear stitching unit. This is an opportunity to help build the production team and establish efficient operations from the start.

Our product range includes T-shirts, polos, hoodies, sweatshirts and knitted trousers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, develop and manage supervisors, operators and helpers.
• Plan production and achieve daily output and delivery targets.
• Coordinate with cutting, IE, quality, maintenance and finishing teams.
• Monitor line efficiency, WIP, downtime and rework.
• Resolve production bottlenecks and maintain workmanship standards.
• Provide clear daily reporting on production performance and issues.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing knitwear stitching operations.
• Practical knowledge of SMV, line balancing, capacity planning and production control.
• Strong technical understanding of garment construction and sewing operations.
• Demonstrated team leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience setting up a new unit or production line would be an advantage.
