We are a leading distributor of premium global fitness equipment brands with a strong pan-India presence and have recently expanded into the exciting world of Bespoke Wellness Solutions .

With our Wellness business growing rapidly and a strong order book already in execution, we are looking for an exceptional Senior Manager – Project Head to take complete ownership of project execution across multiple customer sites.

THIS IS A HIGH-OWNERSHIP ROLE

Once an order is won, you own the journey from Order to Handover.

Your mission will be to take execution responsibility away from the Sales Team, allowing them to focus relentlessly on new business, while ensuring that every customer receives a professionally managed, seamless and world-class execution experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take ownership of projects from order handover through installation, commissioning, snag closure and final handover .
• Simultaneously manage multiple projects and customer installations across locations.
• Prepare execution plans, schedules, manpower and resource requirements.
• Act as the single point of responsibility for customers during execution.
• Lead and coordinate project executives, engineers, installation teams, vendors and contractors.
• Maintain continuous communication with customers and keep them informed of progress.
• Anticipate risks, identify bottlenecks and resolve issues before they become problems .
• Handle unforeseen site, logistics, manpower and coordination challenges with speed and practical judgment.
• Monitor timelines, quality, costs, documentation and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular project status reports and escalation updates to Management.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within agreed specifications and to the highest quality standards .
• Conduct final inspections, snag closure and successful customer handover.

THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for more than a Project Manager. We need an Owner.

You should be:

• An accomplished project-management professional with strong execution experience.
• Exceptionally organised, proactive and always on top of multiple moving parts .
• A confident customer handler with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Street-smart, solution-oriented and resourceful when confronted with unforeseen situations.
• Comfortable taking decisions and solving problems independently.
• Strong at planning, coordination, negotiation and vendor management.
• Able to lead teams without constant supervision.
• Highly accountable, dependable and committed to delivering what was promised.
• Comfortable working under pressure and managing demanding timelines.
• Willing to travel extensively across India as project requirements demand.

A KEY MANAGEMENT EXPECTATION

The successful candidate will become a critical link between Sales, Customers, Projects, Engineering, Logistics and Management .

Management must be able to say:

“Once the project is handed over to him, we know it will be taken care of.”

Location: Mumbai – preferably Western Suburbs

Level: Senior Manager / Project Head

Industry: Wellness / Fitness / Hospitality / Luxury Interiors / Fit-Out / Equipment Installation / Engineering Projects preferred

Travel: Extensive travel across India
