Job Summary:

AURA Industries is seeking an experienced Automatic Electroplating Incharge to oversee and manage automatic electroplating operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electroplating Zinc, Aluminium, and Mild Steel (MS) components while ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage automatic electroplating line operations.

Handle electroplating processes for Zinc, Aluminium, and MS components.

Monitor plating quality, coating thickness, and process parameters.

Prepare and maintain chemical baths as per production requirements.

Troubleshoot plating defects and implement corrective actions.

Ensure preventive maintenance of plating equipment and machinery.

Maintain production records and daily process reports.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Coordinate with production and quality teams to achieve production targets.

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in automatic electroplating operations.

Strong knowledge of Zinc, Aluminium, and MS electroplating processes.

Experience in handling plating chemicals, process control, and quality inspection.

Ability to manage manpower and ensure smooth shift operations.

Good problem-solving and leadership skills.

Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.
