Financial Strategy &amp; Planning </p><p>• Develop long-term financial models for venue projects. </p> <p>• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and business planning. </p> <p>2. Project Finance &amp; Fundraising </p><p>• Secure debt, equity, and structured finance for venue development. </p> <p>• Engage banks, PE funds, family offices, sovereign funds, and strategic investors. </p> <p>• Lead fundraising and capital deployment strategies. </p> <p>3. Commercial &amp; Investment Analysis </p><p>• Evaluate venue investment opportunities. </p> <p>• Conduct feasibility studies and ROI assessments. </p> <p>• Monitor project economics and profitability. </p> <p>4. Financial Governance &amp; Compliance </p><p>• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI, taxation, and accounting standards. </p> <p>• Strengthen internal controls and risk management systems. </p> <p>5. Cash Flow &amp; Treasury Management </p><p>• Optimize working capital and liquidity. </p> <p>• Manage project cash flows and capital expenditure. </p> <p>6.
