Finance Controller

<p>Binbag keeps India's e-waste out of landfills and back into the economy. As we scale, we need someone to own the financial engine - the person who makes sure every number is right, every rupee is accounted for, and the CEO can make decisions on data he trusts.</p><p><br /></p><p>This is a controller role, not a bookkeeping one. You own finance end to end and build the systems a growing company runs on.</p><p><br /></p><p><b>What you'll own</b></p><ul><li><b>Accounting &amp; close</b> - full ownership of the books, monthly close, and finalisation of accounts. Accurate, on time, every month.</li><li><b>MIS &amp; reporting</b> - the dashboards and management reports that tell the CEO where the business really stands, with commentary that matters, not just numbers.</li><li><b>Controls &amp; compliance</b> - financial controls, statutory compliance (GST, TDS, ROC, Income Tax), and clean, on-schedule statutory audits.</li><li><b>Working capital &amp; banking</b> - cash flow, receivables, payables, inventory and banking relationships so operations never run short.</li><li><b>Budgeting &amp; cost</b> - annual budgets, variance analysis, and unit-level cost visibility across our operations.</li><li><b>Fundraise &amp; investor support</b> - own the data room, investor MIS, and the numbers behind our raises. You won't lead the raise - the CEO will - but you make sure everything under it is bulletproof.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b>You're a fit if you</b></p><ul><li>Are a <b>CA</b> (or MBA Finance) with <b>6-10 years</b> in finance, including real ownership of a company's books.</li><li>Have run finance inside <b>manufacturing, infrastructure, or a scaling startup</b> - you've seen inventory, plants, and physical operations, not just services.</li><li>Are rigorous on controls and compliance but comfortable in a fast, imperfect, build-as-you-go environment.</li><li>Can turn numbers into a story the CEO and investors act on.</li><li>Want to build the finance function, not just maintain it.</li></ul><p><br /></p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?EZuvQ4ucxVZlwfcLjFfMFsi8O%2f8nLBsnk" width="0" height="0" />
