Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney | Elmwood Park, NJ – Up to $150K + No Billables + Hybrid

What You’ll Actually Do:Manage plaintiff personal injury matters through litigation and resolution.Handle automobile, trucking, rideshare, premises-liability and wrongful-death claims.Draft pleadings, motions and discovery materials.Conduct depositions, negotiate settlements and prepare cases for trial.Communicate directly with clients and work closely with the founding partners.
Requirements:Approximately four to seven years of litigation experience.Active New Jersey Bar admission.Plaintiff personal injury experience is strongly preferred.Ability to manage cases within a collaborative team environment.Strong client communication, drafting and negotiation skills. xzbcwsv
