Job Description
Salary: $35,360 - 41,600 per year Requirements:
- Experience providing technical support and troubleshooting
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Interest in technology and vehicle systems
- Ability to work in person at our Downtown Pflugerville office
- One year of computer hardware experience preferred
- One year of embedded software experience preferred
- Configure hardware and software
- Troubleshoot network issues involving TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
- Provide customers with high-quality service and technical support for vehicle-installed AI cameras, in-cab monitors, live GPS tracking, and WiFi
