Vika Talent Solutions is looking for motivated and enthusiastic BDE Freshers to join our Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential US clients.
• Generate new business leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other platforms.
• Connect with decision-makers and hiring managers.
• Introduce our recruitment and staffing services to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up with prospects and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain daily activity and prospecting reports.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client requirements.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly prospecting targets.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn and basic internet research.
• Strong interest in US business development / staffing / recruitment .
• Confident and proactive personality.
• Willingness to work in the US shift.
• Ability to communicate professionally with US clients.
• Strong willingness to learn and achieve targets.
