Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cold Callers / Sales role based in Bahria Town Phase 8 Rawalpindi. In this position, the team member will make outbound calls to prospective customers, introduce company services, qualify leads, and schedule follow-ups or appointments as needed. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate call records, updating the CRM or call logs, and meeting individual and team targets for calls, conversions, and sales. The role involves handling objections professionally, providing clear and concise information, and ensuring a positive experience for every contact. Collaboration with the sales team to refine scripts, share feedback from prospects, and improve outreach strategies is an important part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills in English, including clear speaking, active listening, and confident phone etiquette.
• Proven ability in sales or customer service, such as cold calling, lead generation, or telesales.
• Basic computer literacy, including use of CRM tools, call tracking software, and standard office applications.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment, manage time effectively, and handle repetitive tasks with consistency.
• Professional demeanor, resilience in handling rejection, and a positive attitude toward continuous improvement.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in call centers or sales roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work on-site in Bahria Town Phase 8 and follow established schedules and performance guidelines.
