Position OverviewThe ideal candidate is a seasoned aesthetic professional with a polished appearance, positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of advanced skincare treatments.This is a dual clinical and administrative role. In addition to providing aesthetic services, the candidate will support front-desk operations and patient coordination during periods without scheduled aesthetic appointments.We value individuals who are confident in their clinical abilities, comfortable with consultative sales, and motivated to build lasting client relationships while contributing to the growth of our wellness center.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform advanced facials, chemical peels, microneedling and other aesthetic treatments within applicable licensing and scope-of-practice requirements.Conduct comprehensive skin assessments and recommend personalized treatment plans.Educate clients on appropriate skincare products, aesthetic services, and maintenance programs.Confidently recommend treatment packages, memberships, and retail products based on individual client needs.Build and maintain strong client relationships to promote retention, referrals, and repeat visits.Assist with front-desk responsibilities, including scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, phone calls, and administrative support when not performing aesthetic services.Maintain accurate treatment documentation and adhere to clinical safety, sanitation, and wellness center protocols.Support promotional events, marketing initiatives, and business development efforts.
QualificationsActive Florida esthetics/facial specialist or cosmetology license appropriate for assigned services.Minimum 3 years of professional aesthetic experience; 3–5+ years preferred.Experience with advanced facials, chemical peels, and medical-grade skincare.Experience with microneedling and Glacé facial technology highly desirable, where legally authorized.Strong customer service, communication, and consultative sales skills.Professional grooming, polished presentation, and excellent personal hygiene consistent with a premium wellness environment.Self-motivated, dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently or collaboratively.Ability to manage time effectively and transition between aesthetic and administrative responsibilities.Familiarity with the South Florida market and the needs of the Wellington/Palm Beach County clientele preferred.Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.An established book of clients is highly desirable but not required.Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in Wellington.
