Nurse Practitioner/ Physicians Assistant

Physician Services Group (PSG) is seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Post-Acute Care team to support our Lake City and Mayo FL locations.Travel is required between the two facilities.This is a Monday–Friday role offering consistency, clinical autonomy, and a supportive team-based environment.Schedule & SettingFull-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PMIn-person care at a local Post-Acute & Skilled Nursing FacilityCollaborative care alongside attending physicians and on-site teamsCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $100,000–$120,000 annually (based on experience)Annual performance-based bonus$1,500 CME stipend + paid holidaysComprehensive benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTOQualificationsActive Nurse Practitioner license in Florida (or ability to obtain)Board Certified (ANCC, AANP, or equivalent)Strong clinical judgment xzbcwsv and documentation skillsExperience in post-acute, hospital, or outpatient care preferredPassion for geriatric medicine, preventative care, and chronic disease managementBenefits:
