Job DescriptionThe Frontier Engineer is a hands-on builder responsible for developing, deploying, and operating AI-native systems end to end within a small, 1–3-person engineering pod. The role focuses on leveraging agentic AI, AI coding tools, prompt engineering, and full-stack development to deliver measurable customer outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesOrchestrate multi-agent coding pipelines and integrate AI-generated outputs into production environments.Develop prompts and specifications for AI coding agents and validate generated code for quality and correctness.Design and build RAG pipelines, vector stores, and knowledge bases.Deploy and operate LLMs and AI agents in production, monitoring performance and implementing safety guardrails.Build AI-enabled workflows and applications using enterprise AI platforms and automation tools.Automate L1/L2 operations using AIOps tools and intelligent incident routing.
Required SkillsAgentic AI and multi-agent orchestration using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or LangGraph.Prompt engineering and intent specification.AI-generated code validation and quality assurance.RAG pipelines, vector databases, and knowledge management.LLMOps, model lifecycle management, and guardrails.AIOps, observability, and CI/CD for AI systems.Strong full-stack engineering and end-to-end delivery capabilities. xzbcwsv
