Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication with clients and understand their campaign requirements.
• Coordinate with internal influencer marketing and campaign teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare campaign briefs, updates, presentations, and client communication.
• Track campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and pending requirements.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for timely closure of campaign deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Assist in handling client queries, feedback, and escalations.
• Support the team in identifying opportunities for repeat campaigns and client growth.
• Maintain accurate records of campaign progress, communication, and deliverables.
• Stay updated with influencers, creators, social media trends, and emerging content formats.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of influencers, creators, and social media platforms.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously.
• Proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced influencer marketing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in client servicing, influencer marketing, account management, advertising, or a related field.
• Freshers with relevant internships and strong communication skills may also apply.
