<p></p><p><b>TRAINEE EXECUTIVE </b> </p> <p></p> <p><b>Designation : </b> Trainee Associate Consultant – Treatment Assistance<br /> <b>Location : </b>Gurgaon, Sector 2, Gwal Pahari, Gurgaon, Delhi NCR, Haryana,<br /> <b>Education : </b> Graduate and having Good Communications Skills.<br /> <b>Experience </b>: Fresher<br /> <b>Required Skills : </b> Solution-oriented; Proficiency in English; MS Office; Others: Avid Reader; Quick Learner<br /> <b>Salary  </b> 15k in 6 months training period<br /> <b>Gender </b>Male needed </p> <p><b>Interview time </b>: 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) at above office address </p> <p><b>Job Description: </b><br /> • Understand and manage Accounts, billings and receivable (under expert guidance)<br /> • Identify the hospital and line of treatment (under expert guidance)<br /> • Ensure the right guesthouse for the travellers (through the selected hospital)<br /> • Handhold the patients through the treatment process at the hospital (by phone –as and when required; you may need to go once in a while in person, but largely it will be by phone and email)<br /> • Monitor and track all the admission formalities (by phone and email)<br /> • Provide regular medical updates to the sponsor of the treatment (such as, the insurance agency, charity organization, employer, etc) – by email.<br /> • Keep track of the additional requirements (if discovered during the treatment) and organize interventions accordingly -to strive to ensure that the treatment process does not get disrupted<br /> – by email/phone.<br /> • Handhold the travelers if they wish to get visa for any other country on their way back home (at extra cost) – by phone/email.<br /> <br /> <b>Growth Potential: </b><br /> • Opportunity for international trips to conduct CMEs, OPDs, conference &amp; creating/reviving business relationships. </p>
