Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive at Crack-ED, you will play a crucial role in connecting learners with life-changing career opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for aspiring candidates and a key link between students, hiring corporates, and partner institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with candidates through leads to explain the program and align them for interviews.

• Ensure timely coordination and follow-ups for corporate interviews.

• Track post-interview candidature to ensure selections convert into revenue.

• Maintain a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates aligned to client expectations.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong coordination, organizational, and follow-up abilities.

• A go-getter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the team.

• Prior experience in Ed Tech or talent acquisition is a plus, but not mandatory.
