Job Summary

We are seeking a result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive revenue, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent market knowledge, and a proven track record in residential real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Manage lead allocation, follow-ups, site visits, negotiations, and sales closures.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversions.
• Build strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and corporate clients.
• Monitor sales performance, CRM updates, and prepare MIS reports.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure a seamless buying experience.
• Be available to travel to the project site in Isnapur as needed, particularly on weekends, to support customer site visits and sales activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred).
• 3-7 years of experience in residential real estate sales, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market (preferably West Hyderabad).
• Proficiency in CRM, MS Excel, and sales reporting.
• Target-driven with excellent problem-solving abilities.
