Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving queries, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining high service standards throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage guest/client interactions in a professional manner.
• Address customer queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate with the Sales team for smooth customer handling.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and relationship management.
• Maintain proper communication and timely follow-ups with clients.
