Kaiser Permanente seeks an Emergency Department Charge RN to lead virtual emergency operations in partnership with Systeme.io’s health-tech platforms. In this hybrid role, you will coordinate RN triage workflows, monitor real-time dashboards, and ensure rapid, safe responses to high-priority clinical and system events. You’ll mentor remote staff, optimize digital protocols, and collaborate closely with IT, product, and clinical teams. Drawing on your ED experience, you’ll drive continuous improvement in digital care pathways while maintaining rigorous documentation, compliance, and a culture of innovation and support.
