Short Overview Of What You'll DoOversee daily Service Desk operations and ensure technical issues are resolved efficiently.Serve as the primary escalation point for complex hardware, software, network, and enterprise application issues.Mentor junior analysts and interns while helping strengthen the team’s technical capabilities.Improve IT support processes, procedures, documentation, and escalation protocols.Manage IT assets, monitor enterprise systems, and support technology upgrades and deployments.
