Manager of Physician Relations & Strategic PartnershipsReports To: Practice Leadership | Type: Full-Time | Territory: Hudson, Essex, Passaic, Union & Bergen Counties, NJJob OverviewWe're looking for an experienced leader to drive growth across our Primary Care, Cardiology, and specialty service lines. You will lead our team of  Physician Liaisons while also working in the field yourself, meeting physicians and building referral relationships. This role is about real relationships and real partnerships, not random outreach.What You'll DoPersonally visit physician offices, secure meetings, and arrange lunch-and-learns with Apex providers.Build strong relationships with PCP, Cardiology, and specialty practices.Support new practice acquisitions and affiliation models (e.g., independent contractor or space-rental arrangements).Develop partnerships with orthopedic and radiology groups, hospitals, and nursing homes.Create and grow joint ventures, sister-organization partnerships, and new service lines such as CT Angiography.Lead and manage Physician Liaisons: assign territories, approve weekly plans, and do ride-alongs.Track referrals in the CRM and report growth to leadership monthly.Follow all healthcare compliance rules.What We're Looking For5+ years of experience in physician relations, physician liaison work, or healthcare partnerships.Strong relationships with physicians and hospitals, ideally in North Jersey.Proven track record of growing referrals and leading a field team.Strategic thinker who is comfortable doing the field work personally.Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.CompensationCompetitive base salary plus a performance-based bonus tied to growth goals.Bonus plan details are shared during interviews and provided in writing with the offer. xzbcwsv Mileage reimbursement and benefits.
