Complex New York litigation, meaningful case ownership and direct exposure to clients, depositions and courtroom strategy.Join a growing New York defense practice handling sophisticated civil litigation for insurers, corporations and self-insured businesses across high-exposure matters throughout the state.
Platform Broad Defense Practice: Work across general liability, premises liability, Labor Law, construction-related claims, automobile/trucking and catastrophic injury matters.Substantive Case Ownership: Manage matters through pleadings, discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, mediations, hearings and trial preparation.Strong Client Exposure: Work directly with insurance carriers, corporate clients, property owners and institutional businesses on strategically important disputes.Hands-On Litigation Experience: Gain meaningful responsibility across depositions, court appearances, motion practice, settlement strategy and trial work. xzbcwsv

Requirements 3+ years of insurance defense / civil litigation experienceExperience in general liability, premises liability, Labor Law, construction, auto/trucking or casualty defenseNew York Bar admission requiredNew Jersey admission is a plus
