Job Description
CLIENT : Leading Commercial Real Estate & Leasing developer of Grade-A premium commercial properties serving a Elite Business clientele across metro cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore.Looking for a Civil Engineer in the capacity of Spearheading Planning & Control of ongoing multiple projects.
Key Drivers:
- Lead and deliver the PMO function for Grade-A Commercial and interior fit-out projects for premium workspace and Fortune 500 tenants, ensuring 100% adherence to international acoustic, MEP, and aesthetic standards.
- Establish & implement Planning & Project management process across the running projects for better monitoring & control in terms of time, cost & quality.
- Manage the complete project lifecycle including mobilization of contractors and project specific statutory compliance requirements.
- Develop project baselines in Microsoft Project & Primavera
Incumbent Profile:
- Civil Engineer in PMO operations and Digital Construction,specializing in greenfield , brownfield , fit-outs and rich interiors.
- Proven track record of delivering premium office large-scale projects of global standards Pan India.
- Team handling potential with execution of projects (more than 1 lac sq. ft) within stipulated SLA .
