Start-up healthcare company is expanding their commercial sales team and looking for experienced field sales professionals to help expand awareness and adoption.
Role Details:Field Sales Representative Total 1st year compensation: $220-300k++Base Salary: $90k-120kOn-Target Earnings: $80,000–$160,000++ in commissions/bonusOpportunity to make 350-400k OTE if a top performer Territory: LouisvilleCar allowanceCalling on endocrinologists, primary care and specialty clinicsEducating on clinical benefits and driving product adoptionWhat They’re Looking For:1-5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience xzbcwsv OR2+ years of medical device experienceEndocrine/Diabetes experience strongly preferredStrong consultative selling skills and relationship buildingComfort engaging healthcare providers and influencing product adoption
