Indirect Taxation Specialist - Retail & Bulk Petroleum Business

Job Description (Indirect Taxation) Job Purpose Responsible for overall supervision of PAN India indirect tax compliances, including GST, Central Excise, VAT, CST of the Company Compliance check to ensure timely and right payment of tax, filing of returns, assessment, audit status, litigation status, ensuring accuracy of tax accounting, issuance of Forms-C, Form-F etc. Job Responsibilities Statutory Compliance The Person to spearhead the registration of Company as Oil company in respective states where Retail Outlets are rolled out and follow up for Gazette Notification. The Person to spearhead registration of Company under Central Excise/VAT/ CST/ Sales Tax act in respective states where Retail outlets will be rolled out. Lead PAN India level assessments and attending audits under GST/VAT
