We take brands people don’t know yet and build the national visibility that makes them impossible to ignore, across earned media, influencer marketing, affiliate, and events.
The RoleAs an Assistant Account Executive, you’ll support our PR directors and account team across a roster of consumer brands.
What You’ll DoBuild and update targeted media lists and track coverage Draft pitches, press materials, and client recaps for director reviewPull coverage and results into monthly client reportsCoordinate product sample requests and shipping to editorsKeep clients, editors, and teammates on schedule, with organized files in Dropbox and Google DriveSupport award submissions, desksides, events, and launches as needed
What You BringBachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field0 to 2 years of PR or agency experience, including internshipsStrong writing and proofreading skills, with an eye for detailA real interest in beauty, fashion, wellness, or lifestyle media and trendsComfort xzbcwsv managing multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced settingFamiliarity with Muck Rack, Google Workspace, and Slack is a plus
