Analyst - Portfolio Implementation - US Equities

You have found the right team. </p><p>As <b>“US Equity Portfolio Implementation Professional” </b> within our <b>“US Equity Team” </b>, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment. </p><p></p><p><b>Job Responsibilities </b> </p> <p></p><li><b>Support </b> senior portfolio managers on the analysis and execution of US Equity investment strategies. </li><li><b>Develop </b> an understanding of the investment process to assist in implementing portfolio buy/sell decisions. </li><li><b>Send </b> orders in equities, futures, and treasuries to support daily portfolio implementation. </li><li><b>Monitor </b> cash flows amongst various accounts to support portfolio funding and activity. </li><li><b>Communicate </b> with trading teams and internal partners to support execution and ongoing coordination. </li><li><b>Monitor </b> futures hedging activity to support portfolio strategy implementation. </li><li><b>Track </b> portfolio positioning, market news, and trades to stay current on drivers and activity. </li><li><b>Analyze </b> and reconcile position discrepancies to ensure alignment across accounts and records. </li><li><b>Monitor </b> account guidelines and restrictions to support adherence and portfolio controls. </li><li><b>Review </b> investment performance to support ongoing portfolio monitoring and evaluation. </li><li><b>Execute </b> ad-hoc projects including research initiatives, stock fundamentals and valuation, account transitions, and transaction cost analysis. </li><p></p><p><b>Required qualifications, capabilities and skills </b> </p> <p></p><li>Graduate/Postgraduate with atleast 1 year of relevant experience. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem solving </li><li>Highly numerate with strong analytical aptitude </li><li>Strong interest in financial markets and US Equity investing </li><li>Self-motivated, goal/results-focused, and able to execute on objectives </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with numerous groups within JPMAM </li><li>Strong teamwork and collaboration skills </li><li>Strong aptitude and desire to learn quickly </li><li>Strong technical skills, particularly in MS Excel </li><li>Strong written communication skills </li><p></p><p><b>Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills </b> </p> <p></p><li>Familiarity with Bloomberg </li><li>Experience supporting elements of the investment process (., trading support, analytics, operations) </li><li>Market data services knowledge </li>
