Interior Designer The Opportunity As Aliens Tattoo expands its studio network, every new studio needs to deliver the same premium, functional and unmistakably Aliens experience. We’re looking for an Interior Designer who can own the design journey from site assessment to final handover — ensuring every studio is brand-compliant, practical, cost-efficient and execution-ready. The Mandate You will own the design process end-to-end — concept, layouts, 3D renders, technical drawings, BOQ support, execution support and final design sign-off. What You'll Be Doing Design Planning: Convert site dimensions and requirements into accurate concepts and space plans. Design Development: Create 2D layouts, 3D renders, furniture, electrical and ceiling layouts. Design Approval: Present concepts, incorporate feedback and drive designs to final approval. Technical Drawings: Prepare GFC and working drawings with clear specifications. BOQ & Cost Optimisation: Validate quantities/materials and identify cost-saving alternatives. Execution Support: Coordinate with Project Managers and contractors, conduct site visits and resolve design queries. Brand Compliance: Ensure materials, finishes, colours and layouts follow Aliens standards. Handover: Conduct final inspections, close design snags and provide design sign-off. Standardisation: Build and maintain design templates, material libraries and studio design standards. What We're Looking For Experience in commercial / retail / hospitality interiors , preferably multi-location projects. Strong command of 2D layouts, 3D design, GFC and working drawings . Experience with BOQs, materials and contractor coordination . Strong understanding of space planning and execution. Detail-oriented, commercially aware and hands-on. Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines. Strong understanding of brand consistency and premium design. What Success Looks Like You ensure every Aliens studio is beautiful, functional, cost-efficient and consistent with the brand — from the first concept to the final opening. The right person can design at the desk, challenge a BOQ, coordinate with contractors and stand on-site to ensure what was designed is exactly what gets built.
