Job Summary

Daily Air Travel is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Travel Agent to manage travel bookings, provide professional travel consultation, and deliver excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have experience in airline reservations, ticket issuance, travel planning, and Global Distribution Systems (GDS).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international airline reservations and ticket issuance.
• Make, modify, reissue, and refund airline tickets according to airline policies.
• Use GDS systems such as Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre to manage bookings.
• Assist customers with travel itineraries, fare quotations, baggage allowances, and airline rules.
• Arrange hotel reservations, travel insurance, and other travel-related services.
• Manage flight cancellations, schedule changes, and travel disruptions.
• Communicate with customers through telephone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person consultations.
• Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and corporate clients to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
• Maintain accurate booking records, payment details, and customer information.
• Identify opportunities to promote additional travel products and achieve sales targets.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in a travel agency or airline reservation environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of GDS systems, particularly Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre.
• Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills.
• Knowledge of airline fare rules, ticketing procedures, and international travel requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple bookings accurately and work under pressure.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
