Key Responsibilities:

• Implement QA/QC procedures for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works
• Inspect installation of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, ELV, and BMS systems
• Review MEP material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, and test reports
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and local authority requirements
• Witness testing, commissioning, and system performance verification
• Maintain QA/QC records, inspection requests, test reports, and close-out documentation

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 7–10 years of MEP QA/QC experience, preferably in hotel or High-rise projects
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical installations, plumbing, firefighting, and testing & commissioning
• Familiarity with international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, etc.) and authority approvals.
