Responsibiliti

es On-site Execution: Perform on-site diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance for battery energy storage systems (BESS), ensuring optimal system performance and safet y. Task Management: Execute service activities and assignments in strict accordance with directives from headquarters and established company procedure s. Regional Team Leadership: Oversee the task allocation, daily supervision, and technical mentorship of regional field service personnel to ensure high-quality service deliver y. Workflow Support: Guide and assist regional team members with accurate work order submission, documentation, and reportin g. Emergency Response: Act as the primary point of contact for regional emergencies, coordinating rapid response efforts to minimize system downtime and operational impac t. Customer Satisfaction: Manage customer relationships proactively, address technical inquiries effectively, and take ownership of customer satisfaction metrics within the regio n. Technical Consultation: Provide expert technical consulting and troubleshooting support (both on-site and remotely) to end-users, local dealers, and distribution partner s. Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments regarding quality issues, system performance, and emergency protocols. g. Requiremen

ts Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science or Engineerin g. Three (3) + years and of on-site experience in the battery or automotive industrie s. Preferred: Proven hands-on experience in the operation, maintenance, and repair of utility-scale energy storage systems (BESS ). Strong understanding of battery structural principles, failure modes, and common maintenance procedure s. Fundamental electrical knowledge and familiarity with after-sales service workflows; practical battery maintenance experience is a plu s. Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills. Must be adaptable to frequent business travel and flexible working hours, capable of performing efficiently under pressur e. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to draft technical reports, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive complex issues to resolutio n. Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English,profiency in Chinese is a plu s.
