We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and engaging babysitter for our 7-year-old son in Medford. Our son is on the autism spectrum, so prior experience working with children on the spectrum is very important for this role. Were looking for someone to either put him on the bus or drive him to school. Everyday is diffrent and the start of the day can make or break it. In the mornings, you will help get him ready and ensure a smooth start to the school day. Our son thrives with caregivers who are genuinely caring and encouraging, but who are also firm, consistent, and adopt a no-nonsense approach to structure and routines. Monday through Friday mornings: 8:00 a.m. 9:30 a.m.
