Company Description
Global Boards Alumni (GBA) is a global board education platform designed to bridge the gap between executive experience and meaningful Board practice.
Its flagship Advisor Accelerator Program (AAP)™ is a six-month experiential learning program for experienced executives, entrepreneurs and professionals seeking to develop their capabilities as Advisory Board members.
Rather than relying primarily on classroom-based board education, AAP™ combines targeted learning with extensive practical experience: approximately 20% learning and 80% real-world practice.Participants are matched with selected ventures and work in small Advisory Board teams on real strategic challenges alongside their founders.
The Opportunity
As an AAP™ participant and Advisory Board member, you will be matched with a real venture and participate in 5 live Advisory Board sessions over the course of the program. These are not simulations or case studies.
You will work with a real founder, a real venture and real strategic challenges, contributing your professional experience and independent judgment as part of an Advisory Board team.
Each Advisory Board is supported by professional facilitation, helping participants translate their executive expertise into effective Board-level contribution.
The program is delivered remotely, allowing participants and ventures from different geographies to work together.

AAP™ runs for approximately six months.
Participants are expected to prepare for and actively participate in the learning component and all 5 live Advisory Board sessions.
The program is conducted remotely and brings together participants, founders and ventures from different geographies.
