Factory manager - knitwear production

We're Hiring: Factory Manager | Shori Trends Private Limited <br />Location: Avinashi, Tiruppur (Tamil Nadu)<br />₹1,00,000/month minimum + Production Incentives (₹1,75,000+ with performance)<br />Experience: 5+ years in garment production <br />Shori Trends is a knitwear and innerwear manufacturer running 15 sewing lines, producing underwear and sportswear for domestic and international buyers. We're looking for a hands-on Factory Manager to own end-to-end production and delivery. <br />⭐ Must-Have: Deep hands-on experience working with MMF, Polyester, and Nylon Spandex fabrics. This is non-negotiable — you should know how these synthetic and stretch fabrics behave through cutting, sewing, and finishing, and how to hold quality and efficiency while running them at scale. <br />The Role <br />You'll own the complete production cycle — from fabric and raw material in-house through to timely, on-plan dispatch of finished goods. Planning, throughput, quality, and delivery all sit with you. <br />Key responsibilities: <br />• Drive production across all 15 sewing lines against the delivery plan <br />• Manage the flow from fabric/RM inhouse to cutting, sewing, finishing, and dispatch <br />• Run MMF, Polyester, and Nylon Spandex production lines with confidence — managing the specific handling, tension, and quality challenges these fabrics bring <br />• Ensure on-time dispatch with zero slippage on committed timelines <br />• Own quality standards and keep rejections within target <br />• Improve line efficiency, SAM adherence, and capacity utilization <br />✅ What We're Looking For <br />• 5+ years of factory/production management experience in a garment unit <br />• Strong hands-on experience with underwear and sportswear <br />• Expertise in MMF, Polyester, and Nylon Spandex fabrics (essential)<br />• Ability to run multi-line production to plan and hit dispatch deadlines <br />• Leadership presence on the floor and strong cross-team coordination <br />Based in Tiruppur | Full-time <br />Compensation: ₹1,00,000/month minimum, going up to ₹1,75,000+ with production incentives — genuine upside for strong performers <br />Interested, or know someone who fits?
