The Campus Ambassador Program is a key growth initiative focused on building strong student networks across medical colleges in India.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

1. Onboarding New Campus Ambassadors

Calling and explaining the Campus Ambassador Program to interested medical students

Guiding students through registration and onboarding

Ensuring onboarding targets are achieved college-wise and state-wise

2. Engagement with Existing Campus Ambassadors

Regular engagement via WhatsApp, calls, and video check-ins

Addressing queries related to campaigns, rewards, and incentives

Updating CAs on new offers, tasks, events, and initiatives

Coordinating welcome kits, incentives, and creative support

3. Reporting & Coordination

Maintaining daily call logs and engagement trackers

Sharing weekly performance reports with the central team

Coordinating with State Heads and Regional Managers as required

Key Skills Required:

Strong communication (Hindi, English & Regional Language), persuasion, and student-handling skills

Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
