Experience: 2-3 Years Preferred Maximum 5 Years

• Prepare accurate architectural, structural and MEP drawings in AutoCAD.
• Develop GFC, working, shop and detailed construction drawings.
• Revise drawings based on consultant, architect and site feedback.
• Coordinate drawings across disciplines and identify clashes or inconsistencies before issue.
• Prepare and maintain as-built drawings, revision records and drawing registers.
• Verify dimensions, levels, layouts and technical details before submission.
• Support project teams with drawing-related clarifications during site execution.
• Maintain proper version control, documentation and timely issuance of drawings.
  

• 2-3 years of relevant drafting experience in construction / real estate projects.
• AutoCAD proficiency is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing and coordination.
• Ability to independently read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• High attention to accuracy, detailing and deadlines.
  

• Working knowledge of Revit / BIM.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, engineers and site teams.
