We are looking for an exceptional Senior Product UI/UX Designer who combines strong UI and UX expertise with product thinking, research, and Business Analysis skills.

This is a high-ownership role. We are looking for someone who can understand complex ideas, ask the right questions, research independently, identify gaps, and bring original solutions to the table. You should have a genuine passion for creating modern, intuitive, and engaging digital products and be comfortable working beyond predefined instructions.

Strong English communication and writing skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for complex web and mobile applications.

• Participate in product discussions, understand business and user requirements, ask thoughtful questions, and document key requirements clearly.

• Apply Business Analysis thinking to understand user roles, business rules, workflows, dependencies, edge cases, and different user scenarios.

• Translate ideas and requirements into user journeys, process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished high-fidelity UI designs.

• Conduct R&D, competitor analysis, UX benchmarking, and industry research to identify best practices, emerging trends, and opportunities for innovation.

• Proactively bring new ideas and recommend improvements to product workflows, usability, engagement, and overall user experience.

• Design experiences that consider current and future AI capabilities, including AI assistants, automation, recommendations, and intelligent workflows.

• Create clear design specifications and documentation for development teams and collaborate closely with developers throughout implementation.

• Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries for web and mobile.

• Review developed features for design accuracy, usability, responsiveness, missing states, and UI/UX issues.

• Create professional graphic design assets when required, including flyers, website graphics, banners, product visuals, and presentation materials.

Requirements

• 6 + years of professional UI/UX or Product Design experience, or an exceptional portfolio demonstrating equivalent capability.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality UI/UX across web and mobile products.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design and prototyping tools.

• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, responsive design, usability, and accessibility.

• Excellent visual design skills with a strong sense of colour and colour combinations, typography, spacing, hierarchy, layout, and visual consistency.

• Strong product and Business Analysis skills with the ability to turn complex or ambiguous ideas into structured, practical design solutions.

• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.

• A self-starter with a high level of ownership, creativity, curiosity, and initiative. You should be comfortable thinking independently and moving work forward without requiring detailed direction at every step.

• Excellent English communication and writing skills.

• Experience designing complex, multi-role platforms involving different users, dashboards, permissions, and workflows required.

. Experience in EdTech preferred.

• Experience working closely with developers and understanding front-end implementation constraints.

• Familiarity with usability testing and UI/UX quality assurance.

• Strong graphic design skills, including the ability to create professional flyers and digital marketing assets.

• Awareness of emerging AI technologies and AI-driven user experiences.

• Experience in B2B , SaaS, or enterprise platforms is required.
