QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in preconstruction within ground up and/or renovations valued at $20M+Proficiency with estimating software such as Procore, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar tools. xzbcwsv Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under deadlines.
