About the Centre

Our Bangalore centre is a premier longevity and performance centre , bringing advanced health optimisation, recovery and performance under one roof at MG Road bangalore

The centre combines advanced recovery modalities including Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), Cryotherapy, Red Light Therapy and Float Tanks , along with South Asia's first Technogym Bionic Circuit .

The centre also features a dedicated Nutrition Bar & Café , complementing the broader health, nutrition and performance experience.

The Role

We are looking for a passionate and clinically strong Nutrition Expert to join our Bangalore centre on a full-time, on-site basis.

The role goes beyond conventional diet planning. You will work closely with clients to understand their health, nutrition and performance goals, interpret relevant health data and translate these insights into practical, personalised nutrition strategies as part of a broader longevity and performance programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 nutrition consultations for centre clients.
• Assess dietary patterns, lifestyle, health history, symptoms and goals.
• Review and interpret relevant blood biomarkers and health data .
• Integrate insights from genetics, gut, CGM and wearable data , where relevant.
• Identify and prioritise key nutrition areas for each client.
• Develop personalised nutrition strategies , including food recommendations, meal guidance and practical swaps.
• Support clients across metabolic health, body composition, gut health, inflammation, cardiovascular health, healthy ageing and performance .
• Recommend evidence-based supplementation where appropriate and within scope of practice.
• Track progress through relevant biomarkers, symptoms and measurable outcomes .
• Recommend relevant follow-up testing in collaboration with the clinical team.
• Work closely with doctors, fitness and recovery specialists to create integrated client protocols.
• Ensure nutrition strategies complement the centre's training, recovery and longevity interventions .
• Translate complex scientific information into simple, practical and actionable guidance .
• Provide nutrition guidance for client queries relating to the Nutrition Bar & Café and dietary requirements.
• Collaborate with the café team on nutrition-related queries and ingredient information , without responsibility for day-to-day café operations.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up documentation .
• Stay updated on developments in clinical nutrition, longevity, nutrigenomics, metabolic health and performance nutrition .
• Contribute to the development of nutrition protocols, programmes and educational resources.

What We Are Looking For

Essential

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food & Nutrition or a related field .
• Strong foundation in clinical and preventive nutrition .
• Experience conducting 1:1 nutrition consultations .
• Ability to interpret and contextualise common blood biomarkers .
• Strong understanding of metabolic health, nutrition, supplementation and lifestyle interventions .
• Excellent communication and client counselling skills.
• Ability to translate scientific information into practical recommendations.
• Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary, client-facing environment .

Preferred

Experience or knowledge in one or more of the following:

• Longevity and healthy ageing
• Nutrigenomics / genetic nutrition
• Gut health and microbiome
• Metabolic health and insulin resistance
• Sports or performance nutrition
• Body composition and weight management
• CGM data interpretation
• Advanced blood biomarkers
• Nutrient optimisation
• Evidence-based supplementation
• Preventive or functional nutrition

We are looking for someone who is curious, analytical and client-centric , with an interest in understanding the bigger picture rather than looking at individual health parameters in isolation.

The ideal candidate should be able to connect a client's health data, nutrition, lifestyle, goals and behaviour and identify the areas that matter most.

You should enjoy working with science and data, but also understand that the best recommendation is one that a client can realistically implement.

Most importantly, you should see nutrition as an integral part of longevity, recovery and performance , rather than as a standalone diet intervention.
