We’re seeking a Marketing Specialist to help coordinate campaigns, develop promotional materials, research market opportunities, and support the delivery of marketing strategies.


This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys combining creative thinking with practical organisation and wants to contribute to projects that strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.


Key Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across relevant communication channels.
Create and coordinate promotional materials, presentations, campaign briefs, and marketing content.
Research market trends, competitor activity, and audience interests to inform campaign planning.
Coordinate campaign schedules, deadlines, approvals, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
Maintain consistent brand messaging across marketing materials and communications.
Collaborate with internal teams to organise promotional projects and gather campaign information.
Monitor marketing activities and compile reports on performance, engagement, and campaign outcomes.
Maintain marketing calendars, databases, digital assets, and project documentation.
Review content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency with brand guidelines.
Identify opportunities to improve promotional approaches and increase audience engagement.
Assist with planning marketing initiatives and coordinating new project requirements.
Keep stakeholders informed of campaign updates, upcoming deadlines, and outstanding tasks.



What We’re Looking For

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
An interest in marketing, advertising, promotions, or brand development.
Good analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Strong organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Confidence using standard office software and digital communication tools.
Ability to interpret information, identify trends, and contribute practical ideas.
A collaborative attitude and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.
Previous experience in marketing, communications, campaign coordination, or a related field is beneficial but not essential.
