Job Description
We're hiring our first dedicated Operations hire. This is a build role, not a maintenance seat. You'll own the systems that keep a growing company running day to day: the office, vendors, tools, equipment, scheduling, and the coordination work that keeps everyone else moving. You're the connective tissue. When something needs to get done and it doesn't obviously belong to anyone, it's yours.
Please read the information in this job post thoroughly to understand exactly what is expected of potential candidates.
The best fit has done ops, office management, EA, or chief-of-staff-adjacent work at an early-stage startup. You're comfortable with technology, you like building from nothing, and you'd rather fix a process than file a ticket about it.
