CNC Machinist - Hurco Conversational Programming

Using Conversational Programming skills, sets up and operates conventional, special purpose, and Hurco CNC machines and machining centers to fabricate metallic parts by performing the following duties. Essential Duties: Studies blueprints, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpiece, sequence of operations, and setup requirements. Selects program if available or programs functions to create a part per blueprint by selecting fields to enter part and tool set-ups considering tools needed, tolerances, material type, quantity and resources available.
